deal of confidence, Brian and I have drummed it into everyone that our overall level of professionalism needed to be lifted and the response is there for all to see. Development is my main priority so if we get beat, we get beat, it's more about the way we are playing that I am concerned about and at the moment I am more then happy with the Football we are playing.
