Reserves Mudgeeraba 0-8 Brisbane Force
First Team Mudgeeraba 1-9 Brisbane Force

It would be silly to get carried away with the weekends results, Mudgeeraba where clearly unfit and not ready for this game, however the Force was more than ready and took full advantage. With that in mind it would be pointless to report on such a one sided game other than to say that for such a young squad, we as coaches where very pleased with the way the players conducted themselves and
listened to instructions.
We have no real idea of what to expect from our opponents this season as non of the coaching staff have been involved in Division 2, but what is very clear to all who have trained with us is the fact that we are very determined to get out of this division straight away. All the players are working very hard towards that end and all the coaching staff have been very pleased with the players attitude and
commitment so far.
After the match Geoff Pike (English FA, UEFA 'A' Coaching instructor and ex West Ham United FA Cup Winner) spoke to the players in the dressing room and gave them a brief analysis of the nights performance, Geoff also spoke about how the players need to be prepared for the coming season, he praised the
players and coaching staff on a very professional display but warned against complacency. More on Geoff's visit and photos in next weeks report.
