Steve Murray has joined the newly formed Brisbane Force who have replaced the now old Inala City. "I was approached by John Ogden just before the UK tour about joining him at the Force, He outlined the clubs intentions which are to focus on Youth. The aim is to keep the age of the first team down to around the under 21 mark which means we will be looking to
have our Youth and Reserve teams playing in a very simular vain to the top side, something I have yet to see here in Brisbane"said Muzza.
Work has started on the main field which is getting ripped up and relayed with a pop up sprinkler system, the club house will also see some much needed renovation. "The bigger clubs have lost there football identity with regards to there club houses, they seem more like RSL clubs with wall to wall gaming machines, hopefully in time the club house will resemble and have the
feel of a football club as they used to. We will have excellent facilities as the local Police academies facilities have been secured for training purposes which will be a great asset.
